BuddyPress.org

For some reason, I am unable to get the buddypress program to display the profiles created with the buddyPress plugin. Each time I select “View” i get the default WP chat profile instead. How can I ascertain that one will display instead of the other? I would like to add a “My Profile” link to my sites main menu so that a person doesn’t have to point around and hunt for it (like I did), until they accidentally figure out that they have to hoover their pointer over their avatar or the words, “Hello User” to get a hidden drop down which lists options. There are far too many users who are not computer savvy enough to figure that out and I can already imagine their frustration. I simply can’t imagine how this all will play out on a person’s cell phone.
