Does anything by Buddypress work?

Why is it that nothing seems to work that’s by Buddypress?

I can’t get an answer as to why I can’t create groups on my site.

And, when I try to go to page 2 on this forum to see if anybody has answered me, I get a blank screen that acts like it is trying to load, and never gets there. And, it’ s not just on this computer, but my laptop, too.
