Dynamic buddypress groups link

    ​I am looking to link to dynamic buddypress groups for the user that is logged in. Any idea how this can be accomplished. Seems like it shouldn’t be that difficult.

    Try: example.com/members/me/groups

    Also works for profile to have /members/me/
