Editing Creat New Blog Signup

    Hello, I am trying to find how to edit the page that users are directed to when they want to create a blog:

    `Create a Blog Blogs Directory

    By filling out the form below, you can add a blog to your account. There is no limit to the number of blogs you can have, so create to your heart’s content, but blog responsibly.

    If you’re not going to use a great blog domain, leave it for a new user. Now have at it! `

    I know that in WP (not BP) the file in question is wp-signup.php, but I have searched high and low but can not find it with BP activated?
