Enable Capital Letters in Usernames

    Is there a way to disable this in the registration process?
    “Only lowercase letters and numbers allowed”

    I really don’t see why this is necessary, I don’t seem to have this issue on regular WP websites. Yet I can’t find anything online that will allow me to enable capital letters in usernames
