    This just means that there’s a extra/missing/duplicate div within the template files. What compatibility method did you use for Step 3 of the BP Compatibility method – the first method which changed 16 template files or the second method with header-buddypress.php etc?

    the compatibility method I think.. just followed the steps, did not adjust anything yet manually
