Forum Reply Form – Doesn’t show for Group Moderators and Administrators (non-Administrator users)

I have a very strange thing – when a user is a Group Moderator or a Group Administrator BP doesn’t show the reply form – only for normal users or Mods/Admins that are Administrators. It used to be all right – can’t figure out what happened. Adding new topics works fine.

Did you just upgrade WP or BP? Did you add/delete plugin? Did you install new theme?

I installed “BuddyPress Forums Extras – Signature” and “BuddyPress Rate Forum Posts”.
