Getting help here

    I recently posted about an issue I am having with my site and have been checking back to see if there are any helpful tips.

    It’s getting increasingly hard to find anything here and there are so many people creating new topics for the same problem. Can’t you all just respond to similar issues on one thread instead of creating a new topic? Now we have pages and pages of the same stuff with no answers to them.

    Frustrating.

    @rayela What issue did you post about and in which thread?

    The reason we ask that you create a topic of your own is because not everyone has the same server configuration nor plugins used, theme activated etc. plus just plain courtesy to the original poster of topic. Some people try to hijack the thread with “similar issues” but have multisite instead of single site or have defective plugins or have themes with proprietary templating systems, and the list goes on.

    OK, I just thought it would make it easier for you guys to respond to similar issues on one type of topic and that people reading through threads might find their answers there as they read through responses instead of trying to read through so many threads. I always check similar threads before posting because I don’t want to bother you guys.
