Group Events

I have a 2 questions about displaying the Group Events, the first question, is how do I change my time to 12 hours instead of 24 hours? (It is set to 12 hours in Admin) and the second question is where can I modify how the Events are displayed? Right now I have Name and Location Data and Time, I would like to add a column that shows the thumbnail of the event that I have on my Events page.
