Group join the Group

I would like to create the website for all the sport activities.

And every member can join the group as the team. And the team (team leader/admin of the group) can join the league.

So is it possible to make it from BuddyPress?

Team is a BuddyPress group.
League – is the group type, read about it here: https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/group-types/

This might be helpful for you too: https://codex.buddypress.org/add-custom-tab-to-groups-directory/ (leagues as tabs in groups/teams directory).
