Group tags – js tag chooser not working..

Whats meant to happen is when filling in the form/step one of group creation. The plug-in displays a list of common tags, and you would simply click from to common tags and the js would load them into the form.
Im no good with js so I have no clue whats going on here. Im building a customizable version of the app and it would really be nice to have this work. So if you guru’s could lend me a helping hand I would greatly appreciate it. @r-a-y im including you as you should know whats going on with this plug-in from the last developments.
