Heads up – ixwebhosting windows fail

    Go ahead and add all the 404 redirects you want, BuddyPress will never fully work with IIS 7 on a windows server with ixwebhosting. Doesn’t matter if you have the latest versions of PHP,BP, or WP running in the root with no plugins.

    Do yourselves a favor and just rent linux servers. Don’t be like me and spend 4 days trying every single trick out there to get it to work.

    Strongly recommend getting Linux for any shared hosting especially with WordPress and BuddyPress.
