I use WP 3.5.2 & BP 1.7.2

After entering information and hitting submit on my register page. I see the browse load and there is some completed action but nothing on the page changes. WordPress/Buddypress doesn’t take users to a “Congratulations you’re registered” page

I’ve disable a lot of my plugins to try to track this down but still no luck.

Can anyone help me, please !
