how can i hide
1. /wp-content/themes/
2. /wp-content/plugin/
3. /wp-content/upload/

folders from appearing when viewing the source code via browser

You can’t do that. You can use one of WP’s constants to change the wp-content folder name (https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Moving_wp-content), but those folders will still show in source code. That’s just the nature of the internet.

Maybe it’ll still interesting you to know that YOU CAN DO THAT.

Don’t use the wp’s constant, just edit your functions.php file and your .htacess file :
