I wantt to hide or disable Group function but still using Forum function, anybody help me please? Or at least hide the Group button in main menu.

You can just disable groups in the BP configuration page. Only problem is that right now, Groups are needed to create forums since forums are tied to each group. The workaround for this is to do a stand alone BBpress forum install. Do a search on the forums and there are a lot of forum topics that talk about installing BBpress separate from BP.
