How can I create a different page for Activity Streams?

Hey friends! I just installed Buddypress, but I’m having some difficulty trying to make it appear as I would wish.

I want the Activity Streams, Groups and Members and Forums to show up on a different page other than the Homepage. I have a blog on my homepage and would like the above components to show up on a static page.

Is there any way I can go about this?

These components already have their own pages.

    As examples, try visiting:

    yourwebsite.com/activity
    yourwebsite.com/members

Thanks for the prompt reply Henry. Yes the components do have their own pages, but my site’s posts are displayed under the activity, groups, or members. I want only the components on their pages. No posts or any other thing whatsoever. I want to be able to control other things like removing the sidebar from the page that displays the FORUMS. Thanks
