My problem: User a sends message to user b.
User b reads the notification email and respondes via email client.
The response is sent to the admin and not to user b of course because answering is only possible via buddypress web frontend.

Now I want to remove the message content from notification emails. I want to place a text instead of the message body like “please go to xyz.com to read the message…”

Can I use filters for this? Is there an easy way to customize this email content?
