How do you edit the admin widget?

When you login to BP, on the right side bar there is your avatar, username, and a logout button. It’s like a widget. Where can you edit that to include links in addition to the logout button?

Oops, I meant user widget, not admin widget. Actually I’m not even sure what to call it exactly.
