How to send an email notice for a private message?

    I would like to have the recipeint of a PM get an email notification that they have a message sent to them. Is this standard in BuddyPress and if so, where and how can I activate this?

    It is activated by default. Each member can change preferences in member’s Settings > Notifications panel.
