I can’t upload my picture!

I thought about creating a ning community, then read that they are going to start charging and heard about buddy press so i am creating here, but I can’t even upload my picture! I’ve been trying to upload it for 30 minutes now and it keeps saying error handling image and has a crop button to press, but when i do it leads me to a blank page. with this level of difficulty already i may opt for a ning group – anyone else having this issue?

@livingcminca .. are you talking about on your profile here, at buddypress.org? If so … I’m experiencing a similar issue. When I try to change my avatar I browse to select the image, click upload and am taken to a white screen, and that’s that. Hopefully it’s something that the admins here are aware of and will be fixing soon.
