I want to add BuddyPress profile pages to my already existing WP theme

Can I just use the profile pages of a BuddyPress theme so I can keep my entire WordPress theme the way it is?

@titoesco Activate BuddyPress and configure BP settings activating the Extended Profiles component only. BP is compatible with nearly all WordPress themes.

Thank you. So, I have one theme for the site that I’d like to keep and now I have BP activated and want to buy/use a different theme but just for the BP (profiles). Do I need to make some kind of Child Theme? I could only find info that is outdated.

I personally haven’t tested this plugin with BP but if your adventurous you can give it a try.

It supposed to allow use of more than one theme. Good luck!
