Installed buddypress in wordpress 3.2.1 , twenty eleven themes but not working.

I’ve just installed buddypress plugin in my wordpress 3.2.1 site but it;s showing blank page.

Please help me out of this.

@sudeepacharya current BP 1.6.1 is *not* compatible with WP 3.2.1. You should be upgrading your WP to 3.4.1 version. However, if you cannot do so at this time, you’d need to use BuddyPress version 1.5.1
