Invalid Activation key in Sign up

Hello http://www.aidnotes.com/ this is my new site. i use buddypress for sign up but when a user sign up then a confirmation link is provided but at the time to click over the link it shows that Not Found Activity Key. Then what can i do?

@aidnotes you’d need to provide more information about your installation. WP/BP version? What BuddyPress components/features are activated in Settings > BuddyPress > Components? Theme used? Plugins installed?
