Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a community for a software company, which is a start-up (www.vreasy.com). I need to know if Buddypress is the best place to create such a community. I am interested in creating a space of discussion and interaction with our users, so we could easily educate them regarding how to use our product.

@ancavreasy really depends on the scale your company is willing to engage with the customers.

If you only need forums, you do not need BuddyPress, just install bbPress plugin. For a more engaged community interaction via groups, friending, profiles, etc, then BuddyPress is your plugin.
