Is it possible to retrieve ID of a group from it’s name ?

    Hello,

    I have a directory of independant schools (schools that haven’t public fund) build with CPT and I want to assign a group to every single schools. I’m able to create group automatically with the same name of the school, every time a new school is added to the directory.

    Now I would like to display the group activity feed on the school post but it is not clear for me how I can fetch group ID from group name. Do you think this is possible ?
