Hi, I’m Andrea from yithemes.com and I need help about a very strange issue between buddypress and our YITH Frontend Manager for WooCommerce plugin.

A customer of us has wrote:

    hi,
i’m using buddypress social network in my site, when a vendor is logged in and goes to buddypress members page, it’s her woocommerce my-account page displayed.
view that url for issue : http://recordit.co/aSy8SWtp31

I have tried to replicate it in my local environment but without success. Anyone can help me ?
    Thanks
    Have a nice day

    Andrea

Page 2 seems to be loading the my-account page. That’s pretty strange. How are you customising the members/ page loop?

    Hi,

no I’m not. I think….I have an option to prevent Shop Manager view WordPress backend, probably you use some backend action ? Or you can try to access to some page in WordPress admin area (e.g.: with an ajax call) ?

    Let me know.
    thanks for your help.

    Have a nice day

BuddyPress doesn’t do this by default. Considering you can’t reproduce, I expect the client is using custom code that’s causing the problem (either in their functions.php file, bp-custom.php file or in an activated plugin). Check those 3 locations on your client’s site for anything strange.

    Hi again,
this is the last answer from my customer:

    Hi Andrea,

i deactivate all my plugins except BuddyPress, WooCommerce, YITH Frontend Manager for WooCommerce Premium and YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor Premium, and i remove my theme’s functions.php and bp-custom.php ( the buddypress file customisation ) but i have the same issue, the probleme disappears only when i deactivate YITH Frontend Manager for WooCommerce Premium.

    Watch the video to understund.

i think it’s an ajax issue ,the problem occurs when i’m in buddypress page and I click on a button that requires ajax, only when i’m connected with vendro account.

in the 2nd video yith frontend manager is deactivated

    http://recordit.co/97vyc8reeI
in the 3rd video it’s in my local environment with an other theme

I hope this has helped you

    have a good night
    Ahmed

Do you have another idea ? I have tried to replicate the issue but without success, if you want I can send a copy of our plugins…probably you understand how replicate this issue.

    Let me know.
    Thanks

    Have a nice day
