I have a blog with a number of authors. Currently on the blog page, both the authors name and profile picture link to an archive page with all the authors blog posts.

In reality, if a user clicks on the profile image it is because they want to see the author. Is it possible to change this link so it goes to the authors profile page http://www.mysite.com/members/johnsmith/profile/ instead of http://www.mysite.com/author/johnsmith
