Load more button doesn’t works (error 500)

In my site, is possible to view only the last 20 activities, because the “load more” button doesn’t work.
I am searching the cause (i am not a dev)…
I see that in the javascript console appear this message:

i tried to install heartbeat plugin and set all to 60 but nothing is changed.
