Logo In The Admin Bar

I’ve seen previous post at BP-Tricks.com about this, but the site is currently down.

How can we replace our the name of the site in the Admin Bar? I know we can modify the CSS and add a background image for that area, but then how do we remove the actual words there?

Does anyone have an easy answer on this?
