    @nehasingla You can find the plugin for user map at geomywp.com

    @venutius
    https://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-simple-google-map/ one works for groups only.

    Hi, kashifkiduniya

    Have you tried this geomywp.com/extensions/buddypress-members-directory-geolocation/ ?

    Yeah! I just discover this plugin last night!
    Its Great plugin and i think its alone updated user map plugin for buddypress.
    Just have one concern about this plugin that it doesn’t update buddypress member page. We have to create different page for members map directory. Actually i was expecting that plugin should update the core member page of buddypress.
    Otherwise its a good plugin.

    Thanks

    By updating do you mean that when a new member registers it is not immediately listing on map and members page?

    I meant when we use this plugin it should show maps directory in the default member page!
    While for now we have to create separate page for member directory and place shortcode.

    It works with the default members directory. It never needs an extra page to do so.

    Please elaborate how.
    May be i am missing something.

    Thanks

    Everything is mentioned there. You have to just do proper setting in Geo My WP.

    Thanks

    Please elaborate from where i can set my default member page as member map directory. Because i don’t think this option is available or may be i am missing. So that would be great if you elaborate.
    Thanks

    In buddypress settings under pages tab you have to choose the page in members page dropdown.

    Configuring Components (v1.6)

    Settings -> Buddypress -> Pages

    Thanks

    @kashifkiduniya

    When you change your member page from Buddypress settings it will show default buddypress content of member page… not your custom content.
    Its just like you assign your Post page to Sample Page while you have custom content in Sample page but it will only display Your posts… not custom content.

    What you are saying its not possible.
    As you wrote in previous comment that we can change default buddypress member page from Geo My WP.

    Sorry for any confusion, but I was saying that it never needs a new page to do so. Certainly if you will assign any other page in drop-down then also it will show the Buddypress members directory. To make this plugin work with any custom page you need to look if it can be customized.

    Is there any way to filter members to show only the ones of specific type with Members Locator extension ?

    @prashantvatsh

    If you want to remove the rest of the members from member directory then it can be done using custom code otherwise I don’t think that plugin have the option to show only specific type member.

    Thanks
