There’s a plug-in for this. I forget the name, but you can find it in the WordPress plug-ins directory.
thanks for the replies, it’s not exactly what i need though.
i want to add a button to the nav menu so users can go straight to their profiles at any time and not just when logging in. i’d have thought this would be built in to the default navigation like on any other social network type sites but it’s not for some reason.
The same question I have. Placing a link “user profile” to a custom menu so the logged in user can access his profile directly.
I heard that with the new release of wordpress and buddypress it should be possible but couldn’t find out how yet.
Any idea?
thanks mercime, where would this code be placed?
is there not a link that can be added to custom menus?
I want to discuss seeking some help and suggestions about my new BuddyPress site. I can’t post at forum. When I click on ‘Post new topic’ it redirects me to the community tab to read others’ topics!!! What should I do?
no that doesn’t work robpachasa, thanks though.
i can’t believe this is so difficult
