Merge Organize Groups into core

@boonebgorges @ddean I find it hard to believe that Group Organizer http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/bp-group-organizer/ which works very much like a WordPress function (categories, tags, etc) has not always been a part of BuddyPress core.
I request, hope, wish and pray that this is merged into BP Core. THIS is how the interface of a WP plugin is supposed to work!
