    Hi,
    I use the plugin awersone support for the ticket but I would like that the email content reaches buddypress message or in the form of notification. This will be possible !? Thank you

    So you are using a plugin called ‘awersone support’ to create some kind of ticket somewhere.
    And you want that plugin to generate a BP message or notification?

    Then you’ll have to write it yourself or ask the creators of ‘plugin awersone support’ to add that feature.
