modify wordpress/buddypress admin bar to look like facebook

    Hello i have searched around But not really got a any successful solution. I am looking for a plugin that will permit meto modify the admin bar of my site to have icons and notifications like that of facebook. Or if anyone knows how to do this with codes.

    Any ideas are welcome?
