Move admin bar to the bottom?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows how to move the admin bar to the bottom of the page. I could, of course, change #wp-admin-bar from top: 0 to bottom: 0, but that leaves the drop down menus still pointing downward (and thus out of sight). I’m a little stuck on this, and I’d appreciate a nudge in the right direction

you can probably use this as a guide… i’d do it for you but it’s quite a bit of work to restyle everything
