Multiple Account Types?

Hi, I know this has been asked many times before, but I need a way to make MORE THAN THREE profile types. I got the BUAT plugin, but it only allows me to make 3 of them. Is there some way to edit the plugin? Or just edit the .php file somehow to let me create 5 profile types? Please Help!
