Multiple Group Listing issue

    Most recent version of Both worpdress and Buddypress
    DB Cache plugins
    Hyper cache Plugin

    I am not sure if it is the cache plugin that is casing this issue, but whenever i create a new group , in the group listings page is shows the group 3 times. But if i delete the group it removes all 3.

    I have set up Hyper Cache to ignore caching the /create/ pages and the /groups/ pages and such but still to no avail.
