Nested Groups, Group hierarchy

Hello,

Is there the possibility to create nested groups for example: Doctor> Surgeon,
Doctor> Pediatrician, Doctor> Oncologist …
Each group is private with its own forum.

I tried BP Group Hierarchy plugin which returns a lot of php errors.
BBP 5 / bbP 2.6
