New fields in order to sort, select and search user postings

    Hello everyone,
    I would like to have some new fields in the posting process. These fields will be used later to sort and select all posts of the user. I don’t know if I would have to extend BuddyPress or currently this functionality already exists (third party plugin).
    Next I try to explain what I need. In summary, this functionality consists in 2 parts.
    1. New Fields in the creation process of a new post. For example, these fields could be: Media, Title, Year, Type of objective, Type of post, Priority.
    2. From personal wall user will be able to see all his/her posts. Besides previous fields will be available in order to sort, select and search all posts of the user.
    Note: master tables of these previous fields will be available by website administrator.

    I think this would be quite a bit of work to acheive, should be doable but you’d have to rewite a lot of functions and behaviours. I don’t think it’s trivial effort. Can you code?

    Thanks Venutius, I thought that I would be able to find a plugin with this or similar functionality.
    I’m not a developer. If I have to move forward with this development I’ll need to find someone to develop and maintain it. Currently I am writing a small document with functional specifications.
