New members sometimes don’t appear in stream

Hi all,
Members who register with their e-mail address appear in the Buddypress activity stream as ‘new member’.
Members who login (for the first time, so basically register on my site) through a social login (plugin: Super Socializer) don’t!
That’s too bad, I want to welcome them too 🙂
Is there a solution for this one?Gr.
