New user notifications to admin

    Wordpress 3.5.1. Buddypress 1.7.2

    Site admin is not receiving new user registration email notification.

    Emails ARE working. The new user receives the activation email, and when I create a user from WP Admin (Add New User) an email IS sent to the site admin.
