Newbie: Can Admin track user activity such as downloaded files and time spent on BuddyPress site

Client wants to know if specific user activity can be tracked and reported by the Admin. Such as, which files were downloaded, and how long did such and such a user spend on a specific page? And who, by name, those users are?

Not specifically BP, but on WP

@mercime, thank you very much for this. Please forgive my ignorance, but to be clear, would these plugins need to be installed in the specific WordPress part of the site?

You install the plugins in your WP installation via dashboard menu Plugins > Add New –
Respective plugin’s installation/notes/faqs/support are all in the links I gave above
