No Component scree save button

Hi

I can’t activate the components in buddypress because there is no save button showing on the settings page.
I’ve tried BP 1.7 & 1.8 beta, I’ve tried changing to default themes and deactivating all the plugins I dare ( leaving just woocommerce and bbpress active.

I did have bbpress forum installed before I installed buddypress.

Everything in the default install of buddypress is working, Members, profile Page etc.
WP-Pages were made automatically.
I’ve changed permalinks to other than default ( tried all choices)

Nothing I do lets the components save button appear.

Please help. I’m very keen to make the most of buddypress on my site.

@vikki2 have you tried re-uploading BuddyPress manually?
Saw this issue only once in localhost, resolved it by reinstalling BP.

But you only mentioned missing the Save button in Settings > BuddyPress > Components panel. Are the buttons showing up in BP > Pages and BP > Settings panels>
