No Fancy Editor Showing

For some reason the fancy editor is not displaying for me (the admin) or my users in bbpress. Also I would like to give my users the ability to use fancy editor in their posts on the activity stream.
Yes I have “Use the fancy WordPress editor to create and edit topics and replies” selected.
Could it be an issue with my using Ultimate TinyMCE?
