Non-admin users unable to post on group pages

I’m unable to post on a group page with a non-admin user account. This was never an issue before.
When you logging in using a standard user accounts you’ll see the post field is not there. However, it does when the user access their profile page or the main Activity stream.
What I tried so far…
1. Changed theme to Twenty Twelve and Twenty Thirteen. Problem still exist.
2. Deactivate all group associated and permission associated plugins. Problem still exist.Wp: Version 4.6.1
