Other Membership Plugin Compatability

I am in the midst of creating a site which will have a membership section for certain parts of the content. I intend to use Membership2 plugin for this and am using WordPress version 4.8.
My question is: if I install BuddyPress will the login of members through BuddyPress clash with the login for the membership part through Membership2 i.e are they compatible? I also intend to use the rtMedia for WordPress and BuddyPress.

Any advice would be gratefully accepted.
