[Resolved] PHP Fatal Error?

Hi Buddypress team, this is showing up in my error log:

[11-Apr-2015 17:17:57] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _bp_strip_spans_from_title() (previously declared in /home/stnook/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-filters.php:552) in /home/stnook/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-filters.php on line 552

Any recommendations?

The issue persists when the Twenty Fifteen theme is activated.

We have now released BuddyPress 2.2.2.1 which fixes this problem.
