Please help to resolve the issue on my theme

I am confused in addressing the problems that exist on the theme that I use. The problem is, when the blog opened with a small -screen monitor, the theme will displayed look messy. Sometimes the sidebar will drop down like a footer. Sometimes the content that falls like a footer.

Sorry for my language lack for understandable . English language still feels strange to me.

@im3sna No worries, I get what you mean. What theme are you using? If you are using a WordPress theme, then you have to install and activate the BP Template Pack plugin and go through the compatibility process.
