Plugins that focus on page-specific design?

The biggest challenge I’ve seen with BP for me so far is taking advantage of its tools to make designs that are unique to each page rather than thematic for the whole site. Sure some CSS template design can be done, but what can be done simpler is admittedly nicer. So out of curiosity, what are some plugins you like that help unique page design go easier/quicker for you?

Here’s the ones I’ve found useful so far:
Site Layout Customizer
Flexible Widgets
Widgetize Pages Light
Global Content Blocks
PlugNEdit

For individual members pages -> http://buddydev.com/plugins/bp-custom-background-for-user-profile/

For individual group pages -> http://buddydev.com/buddypress/introducing-buddypress-group-customizer-lite-allow-group-admins-to-change-buddypress-group-background/

For other pages, CSS hook on body classes automatically generated for each page is easiest way to go
