When viewing any of my BP group forums, the list of Forum Topics is followed by a “Post Topic” button. Clicking this button does not post a topic, but produces an error message “Please provide a title for your forum topic.”.

When you click the “New Topic” button, a form appears to allow you to enter all the topic info, and then the same Post Topic button appears at the bottom to post the form. I’m not sure why the button is appearing before the form is activated.

Is this a bug? Has anyone else run into this problem and found a fix?

WordPress 3.2.1. – BuddyPress Version 1.5.1 – Theme: Frisco for BuddyPress 1.5.04

ps – I tried digging through the forum help pages here for similar, but without a search box, it’s impossible to find out if someone else has had the same problem.

I really appreciate any help I can get. This is a website for a non-profit that harvests fruit to donate to charities and educates people on how to care for their fruit trees.

@funkisockmunki if you change to bp-default theme and clear cache, does the problem persist or is it corrected?
